Our telecommunications system is very modernized. The main number is typically answered during office hours by a caring receptionist, instead of an automated system. After hours, you are given the option to press a button in emergency so that you may contact me directly by following the correct voice mail prompts. No answering service delays! In the event of a non-emergency after hours call, you are invited to leave voice mail in any of the appropriate department voice mailboxes.
